雙列調(diào)心球軸承
調(diào)心球軸承特別適用于因安裝不當或軸彎曲引起偏斜的工作場合，當調(diào)心球軸承承載能力（特別是軸向載荷）不足時，可選用具有相同調(diào)心性能的球面滾子軸承。我們公司備有各種系列和結(jié)構(gòu)的此類軸承，可供選擇，這類軸承采用沖壓保持架或聚酰胺保持架，軸承代號帶后綴 G 表示帶聚酰胺保持架。
注意：
在一般使用條件下，12 系列和 22 系列軸承允許傾斜角為 2.5°，13 系列和 23 系列軸承允許傾斜角為 3°，當軸承在傾斜的條件下使用時必須保證軸承和周圍零件有足夠間隙；當轉(zhuǎn)速升高時，傾斜的軸承噪聲有增大的趨勢。由于噪聲的限制，軸承實際傾斜角可能比傾斜角小很多；對帶圓錐內(nèi)孔的軸承，安裝后很難準確測量軸承游隙，因此帶圓錐內(nèi)孔的軸承安裝需要一定經(jīng)驗和技術(shù)；帶聚酰胺保持架軸承工作溫度應(yīng)低于 120℃。
